ESTATUTOS





CAPITULO 1: Del nombre, objeto, domicilio, e inscripción de la Unión.

ARTICULO 1: La Unión se denominará: UNION CIENTIFICA INTERNACIONAL DE
RADIESTESIA (UCIR)

ARTICULO 2: Serán objetivos de la UCIR.

Agrupar a personas que se interesen por la investigación o práctica de la
Radiestesia, para intercambiar información, que contribuya al aumento del
conocimiento científico, sin carácter lucrativo.

Contribuir a la solución de diferentes problemas relacionados con las
siguientes temáticas: Cartografía geológica, prospección de minerales
sólidos, prospección de agua, tareas ingeniero geológicas, tareas
relacionadas con la Espeleología, prospección arqueológica, determinación
de zonas geopatógenas, estudio de las radiaciones cósmicas y telúricas,
estudio de la incidencia de campos electromagnéticos sobre los organismos
vivientes, prevención de terremotos, y toda otra tarea que ayude a elevar
la calidad de vida del hombre y preservación de su medio ambiente.

Promover la divulgación científica sobre la temática de la Radiestesia y
Geobiología.-

Propiciar la organización de cursos, conferencias, seminarios, congresos,
etc., que permitan un intercambio sostenido de información.

Servir como órgano de consulta para la temática de la Geobiología y la
Radiestesia a instituciones gubernamentales y no gubernamentales.

Apoyar la realización de proyectos internacionales de investigación de
temas de Geobiologia y Radiestesia o afines a estas.

ARTICULO 3: La sede social matriz de la UCIR será el INSTITUTO DE GEOLOGIA

ARTICULO 4: La UCIR será registrada en la República de Cuba, conforme a las
regulaciones legales vigentes.

UCIR podrá autorizar gestiones para registrarse oficialmente en otros
países en cuanto no se opongan a lo establecido en el presente Estatuto y
a las leyes locales de cada país.-

CAPITULO 2: De los miembros

ARTICULO 5: Se establecerán las categorías de:

a. Miembro de número.
b. Miembro colaborador.
c. Miembro emérito.

ARTICULO 6: Podrán ser miembros de número todos las personas que tengan un
curriculum que muestre la actividad científica realizada en aplicaciones,
docencia, y/o investigaciones sobre la temática de la Geobiología y
Radiestesia.

ARTICULO 7: Podrán ser miembros colaboradores aquellas personas que tengan
la voluntad de ayudar a la UCIR en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos,
mediante la realización de diferentes trabajos de apoyo.

ARTICULO 8: Serán miembros eméritos, personalidades destacadas de las
Ciencias, cuyo ingreso sea estimado de alto prestigio para la UCIR.

ARTICULO 9: Se considerarán además de las categorías mencionadas en el
artículo 5 el reconocimiento como Miembro Fundador a todas aquellas
personas que hagan efectivo su ingreso antes del 12 de abril de 2002.(Tema concluído)

ARTICULO 10: Serán deberes de los miembros:

a. Estimular y/o contribuir al desarrollo de las investigaciones y
aplicaciones de la Geobiología y Radiestesia en función del desarrollo
económico,social y ecológico del planeta.
b. Cumplir con todo lo establecido en el presente estatuto.
c. Cuidar la ética profesional y la unidad de la UCIR.
d. Cooperar con la UCIR en todas las tareas posibles.
e. Cuidar del prestigio de los miembros de la Unión.
f. Velar por la calidad científica de toda actividad o publicación que se
realice.

ARTICULO 11: Serán derecho de los miembros.

a. Participar en la elección de los directivos de la Unión.
b. Ser elegido como directivo de la Unión.
c. Recibir toda la información que emane de la Unión.
d. Expresar libremente su opinión sobre cualquier tema de interés para la
Unión.

CAPITULO 3: De la dirección de la UCIR .

ARTICULO 12: La dirección de la UCIR estará integrada por:

Presidente

Un vice-presidente por país o junta con delegación ante UCIR de forma
unificada.- (Salvo reformas del presente Estatuto)

Secretario tesorero: Siempre funcionará en el país sede de la Presidencia.

Secretario de comunicaciones

ARTICULO 13: Los órganos de dirección de la UCIR se integran, funcionan y
desarrollan su actividad sobre la base de los principios de la democracia,
y serán electivos y renovables cada 2 años. Pueden ser reelegidos sin límites
de períodos cumplidos.

En caso de situaciones especiales y en beneficio de garantizar el trabajo
sostenido de la Unión, la dirección podrá autorizar cambios de directivos
en períodos menores al señalado anteriormente. Todos los directivos después de propuestos deben ser aprobados por la dirección de la UCIR.


ARTICULO 14: Los elegidos como directivos de la UCIR tienen el deber de
rendir cuenta de su actuación ante los miembros de la Unión y estos tienen
el derecho de revocarlos cuando no justifiquen la confianza puesta en
ellos.


ARTICULO 15: La Reunión General de la UCIR es el órgano máximo de
dirección de la Unión y se realizará, según las posibilidades, con los
vice-presidentes y representantes de los países que conformaran la Junta
Directiva. Preferentemente estas reuniones se realizarán en los eventos
internacionales que se puedan organizar.

CAPITULO 4: De la subvención de los gastos:

ARTICULO 16: El patrimonio de la Unión está constituido por los siguientes
recursos.

a. Las donaciones que los asociados o terceras personas hicieran en dinero
o en bienes.
b. Las donaciones que hicieren instituciones estatales o privadas en dinero
o en bienes.

CAPITULO 5: Sobre la información que difundirá UCIR .

ARTICULO 17: La UCIR difundirá información sobre la temática de la
Radiestesia que cumpla con los siguientes requisitos:
a) Trabajos presentados en eventos de la ciencia oficial.
b) Artículos publicados en revistas científicas de reconocido prestigio
internacional.
c) Trabajos científicos defendidos en centros universitarios para la
obtención de maestrías o doctorados.
d) Trabajos validados por los doctores de UCIR.

BY-LAWS

CHAPTER 1: On the name, purpose and inscription of the Union.

ARTICLE 1: The Union will be called: SCIENTIFIC INTERNATIONAL UNION OF
DOWSING (SIUD).

ARTICLE 2: The following are the objectives of the SIUD.

To bring together people interested in research and/or practice of dowsing,
in order to exchange information that may contribute to scientific
knowledge, with no interest in profit.

To contribute to the solution of problems related to the following topics:
Geological Cartography, Solid Mineral Prospecting, Water and Oil
Exploration, Engineering Geology, Speleology, Archeological Investigations,
Finding Geopathogenic Zones, Study of Cosmic and Telluric Radiation, Study
of the Influence of Electromagnetic Field on Biological Systems, Earthquake
Prediction, and anything that helps to raise the quality of life of
humankind and the preservation of its environment.

To promote scientific popularization of dowsing and geobiology.

To help in the organization of courses, lectures, seminars, symposiums,
congresses, etc., that will allow for information exchange on dowsing and
geobiology.

To offer consulting services to government and non-government institutions
on the topics of dowsing and geobiology.

To support international research projects and investigations on dowsing,
geobiology and other related domains.

ARTICLE 3: The location of the SIUD will be THE INSTITUTE OF GEOLOGY AND
PALEONTOLOGY, Havana, Republic of Cuba. Mail lufriu@civil.cujae.edu.cu

ARTICLE 4:The SIUD will be registered in the Republic of Cuba, following
current legal regulations.

SIUD will authorize an affiliation registered in any other country, as
long
as there is no contradiction with the current SIUD by-laws, and with the
laws and regulations of such a country.

CHAPTER 2: About members.

ARTICLE 5: The following membership categories will be established:

a. Full Member.
b. Associate Member.
c. Emeritus Member

ARTICLE 6: The Full Members will be those persons who have a Curriculum
Vitae which shows scientific activities, teaching and/or practical
applications in the domain of dowsing, geobiology or other related fields.

ARTICLE 7: The Associate Members will be those persons who want to help
SIUD
in fulfilling its objectives by performing different supporting tasks.

ARTICLE 8:The Emeritus Members will be those persons who have distinguished
themselves in the sciences or business and whose affiliation is considered
prestigious for SIUD .

ARTICLE 9: In addition to the categories mentioned in articles 5, 6, 7 and
8, we will consider anyone who joins and/or financially supports SIUD
before
April 12, 2002, a Founding Member.

ARTICLE 10: The duties of the members will be as follows:

a. Stimulate and/or contribute to the development of scientific
investigations and practical applications of dowsing and geobiology with
economical, social and ecological benefits for our planet.
b. Follow all the rules of the present by-laws.
c. Oversee professional ethics and unity of the SIUD .
d. Cooperate with the SIUD in all possible tasks.
e. Maintain the reputation of Union and its members.
f. Oversee the scientific quality of all activities and publications done
by
the SIUD and its members.

ARTICLE 11: The members will have the following rights:

a. Participation in the election of Board members.
b. To be elected as a Board member.
c. To receive all information coming from the Union
d. Free expression of opinions about any topic of interest to the Union.

CHAPTER 3: On the Board of the SIUD .

ARTICLE 12: The Board of the SIUD will be constituted of:

- President.
- A Vice-President for each country or delegation group with the SIUD.
- A Secretary/ Treasurer:This person will always be in the country where
the
President lives.
- A Secretary of Communications.

ARTICLE 13: The Board of SIUD is formed and works following democratic
principles, and will be elected and renewed every 2 years. They may be
reelected without any time limits of previous service.

In case of special situations and for the benefit of the work of the Union,
the Board may authorize changes in its members for periods shorter than the
above mentioned. All new Board members must be approved by the SIUD Board.

ARTICLE 14: Those elected as SIUD Board members are bound in duty to
account for their performance to the Union members and the latter have the
right of putting them out of the Board and/or the Union if there has been a
breach of confidence.

AETICLE 15: The General Meeting of the SIUD is the highest executive
authority of the Union. Their work will take place according to
circumstances, with the Vice-Presidents and elected representatives of all
participating countries to form the Directing Board. Preferably, these
General Meetings will take place at international events that are organized
by the Union.

CHAPTER 4: On the covering of expenses:

ARTICLE 16: The holdings of the Union will be supported by the following:

a. Money or property donations given by the Union members or other persons.
b. Money or property donations made by state and/or private institutions.

CHAPTER 5: The information disseminated by the Union:

ARTICLE 17: The Union will disseminate information about dowsing and
geobiology from the following sources:

a. Work presented in activities sponsored by official science.
b. Papers published in peer-review journals, internationally recognized.
c. Scientific work presented at universities in order to obtain masters and
doctoral degrees.
d. Any other work approved by the SIUD directors.

STATUTEN




KAPITEL 1: Name, Zweck, Standort, behördliche Eintragung.

ARTIKEL 1: Denomination der Vereinigung: WISSENSCHAFTLICHE

INTERNATIONALE RADIÄSTHESIE - VEREINIGUNG (WIRV).

ARTIKEL 2: Zweck der Vereinigung: Um Menschen zusammen zu führen, die

sich für die Radiästhesie interessieren, zwecks Erfahrungsausstausch

zur wissenschaftlichen Grundlagenforschung derselben. Es handelt

sich um eine profitlose, gemeinnützige, Vereinigung.

Um zur Lösung verschiedener Probleme folgender Themen-Bereiche

beizutragen: Geologische Kartographie, Prospektion von Mineralen

und unterirdischen Wasser-Vorkommen, Höhlenforschung, Archäo-

logie, Lokalisation geopatischer Zonen, Erforschung des Einflusses

kosmischer und irdischer Strahlungen, Studium der Einwirkung

magnetischer und elektromagnetischer Felder auf biologische

Systeme, Erdbeben-Vorhererkennung, alle übrigen Tätigkeiten

welche zur Verbesserung der menschlichen Lebensqualität sowie

zum Umweltschutz beitragen.

Förderung der Verbreitung wissenschaftlicher Studien auf dem Gebiet

der Geobiologie und der Radiästhesie.

Förderung von Lehrkursen, Konferenzen, Seminaren, Kongressen,

u,s,w., die einen konstruktiven Erfahrungsaustausch bewirken.

Als Beratungsorgan über Geobiologie und Radiästhesie, für öffent-

liche und private Institutionen, zu dienen.

Unterstützung internationaler Forschungs-Projekte auf dem Gebiet

der Geobiologie und Radiästhesie, sowie verwandter Bereiche.

ARTIKEL 3: Der Sitz der Haupt-Niederlassung der WIRV ist das INSTITUT FÜR

GEOLOGIE UND PALEONTOLOGIE der Republik Cuba.

ARTIKEL 4: Die WIRV wird amtlich als Vereinigung eingetragen in der Republik

Cuba, gemäss den hier bestehenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

Die WIRV kann die ofizielle amtliche Eintragung in anderen Ländern

gestatten, sofern der Inhalt dieser grundlegenden Statuten gewahrt

wird und nicht gegen die Bestimmungen und Gesetze des jeweiligen

Landes verstösst.


KAPITEL 2: Die Mitgliedschaft.

ARTIKEL 5: Es werden folgende Mitglieds - Kategorien bestehen:

a). Ordentliches Mitglied.

b). Förderndes Mitglied.

c). Ehren-Mitglied.


ARTIKEL 6: Ordentliche Mitglieder können Personen sein, deren Curriculum Vitae

bezeugt, dass sie wissenschaftlich interesssiert sind und Tätigkeit

ausgeübt haben, in der Anwendung, Lehre, oder Forschung auf dem

Gebiet der Geobiologie und der Radiästhesie.

ARTIKEL 7: Fördernde Mitglieder können Personen sein, die gewillt sind, die

WIRV in der Erfüllung ihrer Ziele, durch Ausübung verschiedener

Hilfsarbeiten, zu unterstützen.

ARTIKEL 8: Als Ehrenmitglieder können Persönlichkeiten ernannt werden, die

sich auf wissenschaftlicher Ebene durch besondere Verdienste

hervorgetan haben und deren Mitgliedschaft als besonderes

Prestige für WIRV gewertet werden kann.

ARTIKEL 9: Ausserdem werden alle im Artikel 5. aufgeführten Mitglieder, die sich

vor dem l2. April 2002 eingetragen haben, als Gründungs-Mitglieder

erachtet.


ARTIKEL 10: Die Pflichten der Mitglieder:

a). Beitragung und Förderung zur Entwicklung der Forschung und

Anwendung der Geobiologie und der Radiästhesie, für die

wirtschaftliche und soziale Entwicklung unseres Planeten.

b). Befolgung aller in diesen Statuten aufgeführten Punkte.

c). Über die professionelle Ethik und Einheit der WIRV wachen.

d). Mitarbeit bei der WIRV in allem ihrem Aufgabenbereich.

e). Das Prestige der Mitglieder der Vereinigung schützen.

f). Über die wissenschaftliche Qualität der Aktivität und der

Publikationen der Vereinigung wachen.

ARTIKEL 11: Die Rechte der Mitglieder:

a). Wahlberechtigung zur Ernennung der Vorsitzenden.

b). Als Vorsitzender der Vereinigung gewählt werden können.

c). Alle Information welche die Vereinigung veröffentlicht, zu erhalten.

d). Freie Meinungsäusserung über jedes für die Vereinigung

wichtige Thema.


KAPITEL 3: Die Leitung der WIRV.

ARTIKEL 12: Die Leitung der WIRV besteht aus:

Präsident
Ein Vize-Präsident pro Land oder einer einheitlichen Gruppe.
Sekretär - Kassenwart. Dieser funktioniert immer in dem Land, welches jeweils Sitz der Präsidentschaft ist.
Sekretär für Interkommunikation.

ARTIKEL 13: Die Wahl der leitenden Organe der WIRV und die Entwicklung
ihrer Tätigkeit erfolgt auf rein demokratischer Basis. Dieselben

sind wählbar und können alle 2 Jahre erneuert werden. Sie

können ohne Zeitbegrenzung wiedergewählt werden.

In Spezialfällen und um eine Unterbrechung der normalen Tätig-

keit der Vereinigung zu vermeiden, kann der Vorstand gegebenen-

falls einen vorzeitigen Wechsel unter den leitenden Persönlich-

keiten gestatten. Die diesbezüglich neu ernannte Person muss

jedoch vorher durch den Vorstand der WIRV genehmigt werden.

ARTIKEL 14: Die in den Vorstand gewählten Personen haben die Pflicht, den Mit-

gliedern der Vereinigung gegenüber, Rechenschaft über ihre Tätig-

keit zu geben und diese haben das Recht sie abzusetzen, im Falle

dass das in sie gesetzte Vertrauen nicht erfüllt wurde.

ARTIKEL 15: Die General-Versammlung der WIRV ist die oberste Instanz der

Vereinigung und erfolgt, je nach Möglichkeit, zusammen mit den

Vize-Präsidenten und Vertretern der verschiedenen Länder, welche

den Vorstand ausmachen. Diese General-Versammlungen werden

vorzugsweise bei der Durchführung von internationalen Kongressen

abgehalten.



KAPITEL 4: Die Finanzen.

ARTIKEL 16: Den finanziellen Rückhalt der Vereinigung bilden folgende Quellen:

a). Schenkungen der Mitglieder oder dritter Personen, in Geld oder

Gütern.

b). Schenkungen von staatlichen oder privaten Institutionen, in Geld

oder Gütern.


KAPITEL 5: Die von WIRV zu leistente Informationstätigkeit:

ARTIKEL 17: Die WIRV wird Informationen über die Thematik der Radiästhesie

verbreiten, welche folgende Bedingungen erfüllen:

a). Bei ofiziellen wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen präsentierte

Arbeiten.

b). Artikel die in wissenschaftlich international anerkannten Zeit-

schriften veröffentlicht wurden.

c). Wissenschaftliche Abhandlungen welche in Universitäts-Kreisen

als Doktorats-Arbeiten begutachtet wurden.

d). Von den Wissenschaftlern der WIRV begutachtete Arbeiten.

ESTATUTOS

CAPÍTULO 1: Denominação, sede e objetivos da união.


ARTIGO 1: A união será denominada por: UNIÃO DE CIENTÍFICA INTERNACIONAL DE RADIESTESIA (UCIR).

ARTIGO 2: Os objetivos da UCIR serão:

Reunir as pessoas interessadas na pesquisa e prática da radiestesia, possibilitando troca de informações, visando contribuir para o aumento do conhecimento científico desta área.

Contribuir para a solução de vários problemas relacionados a: Cartografia geológica, exploração mineral, prospecção geologica de água e petróleo, contribuindo para a geologia, investigações arqueológicas, pesquisa de zonas Geopatogênicas, estudo das radiações cósmicas e telúricas, estudo da influência dos campos eletromagnéticos na saúde, a previsão de terremotos, qualquer problema científico onde a radiestesia puder contribuir para o aumento da qualidade de vida.

Promover a divulgação do conhecimento científico em Geobiologia e Radiestesia.
Organizar cursos, palestra, reuniões, symposiums, seminários, congressos, etc onde serão possíveis a troca de informações em Geobiologia e Radiestesia.
Servir de orgão de consulta nos campos de Geobiologia e Radiestesia para instituições governamentais e não governamental.

Apoiar a realização de projetos internacionais de pesquisa nos campos da geobiologia, da radiestesia e de áreas relacionadas.

ARTIGO 3: A sede da UCIR será no INSTITUTO DE GEOLOGIA E PALEONTOLOGIA da Universidade de La Havana (República de Cuba).

ARTIGO 4: A UCIR esta registrada na República de Cuba, segundo a legislação local, sendo permitido a afiliação de membros e associações de qualquer país do mundo desde que os estatutos destas associações sejam similares aos da UCIR e que tal associação não contraria de forma alguma a legislação de cada País.

CAPÍTULO 2: Os associados:

ARTIGO 5: As seguintes categorias de associação serão possíveis:

Membro efetivo.
Membro colaborador.
Membro emérito.
ARTIGO 6: Para inscrever-se como membro efetivo, será necessário enviar para a UCIR um curriculum vitae citando as atividades, aplicações e/ou pesquisas no campo científico relacionadas ao conhecimento de geobiologia, radiestesia ou outras áreas relacionadas.
ARTIGO 7: Para ser aceito como membro colaborador, terá que informar seu interesse em ajudar a UCIR participando dos projetos e pesquisas relacionados a Geobiologia e Radiestesia.

ARTIGO 8: Para ser um membro emérito é necessário ser uma pessoa destacada pela Ciência, cujo ingresso na UCIR seja considerado de alto prestígio.

ARTIGO 9: Além das categorias de associação descritas no artigo 5, 6, 7 e 8 a UCIR reconhece como membro fundador todas as pessoas que tenham efetivado seu ingresso na UCIR anteriormente a 12/04/2002.

ARTIGO 10: As obrigações dos membros:

Estimular e contribuir ao desenvolvimento de pesquisas científicas e aplicações práticas nas áreas de geobiologia e radiestesia com benefícios econômicos, sociais e ecológicas para nosso planeta.
Cumprir e respeitar os artigos do estatuto e publicações da UCIR.
Manter a unidade e a ética da UCIR.
Cooperar com a UCIR em todas as áreas possíveis.
Preocupar-se e lutar pelo prestígio e reputação dos membros da UCIR.
Responsabilizar-se pela qualidade científica de todas as atividades e futuras publicações da UCIR.

ARTIGO 11: Direitos dos membros:
Participar da eleição dos representantes da UCIR.
Candidatar-se a representantes da UCIR.
Receber todas as informações da UCIR e ser livre para expressar sua opinião sobre qualquer assunto relacionado a união.


CAPÍTULO 3: Os representantes da UCIR.

ARTIGO 12: São os seguintes representantes da UCIR:

Presidente

Um vice-presidente ou um comitê eleito para cada país participante

Tesoureiro

Secretária

Será eleito pelo país do presidente, uma secretária de comunicação internacional.

ARTIGO 13: Os representantes da UCIR trabalharão, integrarão e executarão todas as suas atividades baseadas em princípios democráticos e serão eleitos ou re-eleitas cada dois anos sem limite de tempo.

Em caso de situações especiais e visando garantir o trabalho da União, a diretoria poderá autorizar trocas de representantes em períodos menores que os estabelecidos no paragráfo anterior. Todos os representantes propostos devem ser aprovados pela direção da UCIR.

ARTIGO 14: Todas as ações feitas por um representante eleito precisam ser submetidas a aprovação do comitê da UCIR. O comitê tem o direito de destituir todo o representante eleito se tal pessoa não justificar a confiança que nele é depositada.

ARTIGO 15: A reunião geral da UCIR será o encontro mais importante da união, se possível deverão participar vice-presidentes e representantes de todos os países possíveis.

Todos devem concordar com a data e o local da reunião. Será dada a preferência para que a reunião ocorra durante em evento científico internacional.

CAPÍTULO 4: A sustentação financeira da UCIR.

ARTIGO 16: Os fundos patrimoniais da associação serão baseadas em várias fontes de renda.

Doações das associações, em dinheiro ou outros artigos de valor.
Doações das instituições públicas e governamentais em dinheiro ou outros artigos de valor.

CAPÍTULO 5: As informações a serem divulgadas pea UCIR.

ARTIGO 17: A UCIR divulgará informações relacionadas a Geobiologia e Radiestesia oriundas das seguintes fontes:

Informações apresentadas em reuniões organizadas pela ciência convencional oficial.
Materiais divulgadas nos jornais científicos reconhecidos internacionalmente.
Informações científicas apresentadas em teses de mestrado e doutorado em todo o mundo.
Informações de outras fontes reconhecidas como de qualidade por cientistas afiliados a UCIR.

CAPITOLO 1.

Nome, scopi, indirizzo e logo dell'Unione.

ARTICOLO 1: Il nome dell'Organizzazione è "Unione Internazionale Scientifica di Radiestesia", in inglese "Scientific International Union of Dowsing" (SIUD).

ARTICOLO2.

Scopi della SIUD. Riunire persone interessate alla ricerca e/o alla pratica della rabdomanzia e della radiestesia, con l'obiettivo di scambiare informazioni che possano contribuire al miglioramento della conoscenza scientifica in questo specifico campo senza fini di lucro. La SIUD si propone di contribuire alla soluzione di vari problemi collegati con:

Ricerca di idrocarburi, giacimenti minerari e ricerche geologiche in genere, ricerca dell'acqua, prospezioni speleologiche ed archeologiche, individuazione di zone geopatogene, studio delle radiazioni cosmiche e telluriche, valutazione dell'influsso del campo elettromagnetico sui sistemi biologici, previsione di terremoti e analisi di qualunque altro problema scientifico che possa contribuire ad un miglioramento della qualità di vita.
Promozione e diffusione delle conoscenze scientifiche in tema di geobiologia, radiestesia e rabdomanzia. Organizzazione di corsi, congressi, riunioni, simposi, seminari, convegni accademici etc., per consentire un intenso scambio di informazioni su geobiologia e radiestesia.
Consulenza specialistica ed organizzativa nel campo della geobiologia e della radiestesia per le Istituzioni governative e non governative. Supporto alla realizzazione di progetti internazionali per le indagini nel settore della geobiologia e della radiestesia e di altri campi ad esse associati.

ARTICOLO 3: Sede della SIUD. La Sede della SIUD è presso l'ISTITUTO DI GEOLOGIA E DI PALEONTOLOGIA, Avana, Repubblica di Cuba.
ARTICOLO 4: La SIUD sarà registrata nella Repubblica di Cuba, in base alle norme vigenti. La SIUD può consentire un'affiliazione registrata in qualunque altro Paese, a condizione che lo Statuto di una tale Organizzazione sia simile allo Statuto della SIUD stessa e non contrasti in nessun modo con le leggi e le disposizioni in vigore in quel Paese.

CAPITOLO 2:

I membri dell'Unione.

ARTICOLO 5: Si stabiliscono le seguenti categorie di membri: a. Membro titolare. b. Membro Associato. c. Membro emerito.

ARTICOLO 6: Per diventare Membro titolare, una persona deve presentare un curriculum vitae che descriva la sua attività, le sue realizzazioni, l'insegnamento e/o ricerche scientifiche a livello locale, collegate con i settori della geobiologia, della radiestesia, della rabdomanzia o di altri campi ad essi associati

ARTICOLO 7: Per essere accettato come Membro Associato, una persona deve esprimere il proprio interesse nel ricevere assistenza dalla SIUD e/o a partecipare ai vari progetti ed alle esplorazioni sul campo collegate con la geobiologia e la radiestesia.

ARTICOLO 8: Per diventare Membro emerito, una categoria di particolare prestigio, una persona deve presentare elevate credenziali scientifiche o poter dimostrare notevoli risultati in ambito imprenditoriale.

ARTICOLO 9: Oltre alle categorie dei membri descritte negli articoli 6, 7 e 8, la SIUD riconosce come membro fondatore chiunque abbia sostenuto finanziariamente l'Unione prima del 12 aprile, 2002.

ARTICOLO 10: Obblighi dei membri.

a) Stimolare e/o contribuire allo sviluppo di indagini scientifiche e di applicazioni pratiche in tema di geobiologia e radiestesia, che producano benefici economici, sociali ed ecologici per tutta la comunità umana.

b) Osservare tutti i capitoli e gli articoli dello statuto pubblicato dalla SIUD.

c) Rispettare l'unità e l'etica professionale della SIUD.

d) Cooperare con la SIUD in tutte le aree possibili.

e) Sostenere il prestigio dell'Unione.

f) Controllare la qualità scientifica di tutte le future attività e pubblicazioni della SIUD.

ARTICOLO 11:

Diritti dei membri:

a). Partecipare all'elezione dei rappresentanti dell'Unione.

b) Essere scelto come rappresentante della SIUD.

c) Ricevere tutte le informazioni provenienti dalla SIUD.

d) Esprimere liberamente il proprio parere su qualsiasi problema collegato con l'Unione.

CAPITOLO 3:

I rappresentanti (autorità) della SIUD.

ARTICOLO 12: I rappresentanti (autorità) della SIUD sono le seguenti: - presidente - un vice presidente o un comitato scelto per ogni paese dei partecipanti - tesoriere - segretario: Sarà scelto dallo stesso Paese del presidente un segretario informativo.

ARTICOLO 13: I rappresentanti della SIUD agiranno, opereranno ed effettueranno tutte le loro attività in base a principi democratici e saranno eletti o rieletti ogni due anni senza scadenza. In casi speciali, per evitare eventuali battute d'arresto dell'attività della SIUD, i rappresentanti potranno effettuare dei cambiamenti della durata necessaria per quanto riguarda ogni persona scelta da un qualsiasi Paese. Tutti i nuovi rappresentanti proposti e ogni cambiamento del periodo di attività devono essere approvati dal comitato della SIUD.

ARTICOLO 14: Ogni azione intrapresa da un rappresentante scelto deve essere presentata per approvazione al comitato della SIUD. Il comitato della SIUD ha il diritto di revocare ogni rappresentante eletto se una tal persona non mantenesse la riservatezza ad esso/a richiesta.

ARTICOLO 15: L'assemblea generale della SIUD costituisce il più alto Organo della SIUD. La sua riunione è da organizzare, se possibile, insieme ai vicepresidenti ed ai rappresentanti scelti dai rispettivi Paesi. Tutti devono essere informati e d'accordo con la data e la località della riunione dell'Assemblea generale. La riunione dovrebbe avere luogo, di preferenza, durante un congresso scientifico internazionale.

CAPITOLO 4:

Supporto finanziario alla SIUD:

ARTICOLO 16: Il patrimonio dell'Unione si basa su differenti erogazioni. a) Donazioni dalle altre associazioni e/o dai terzi, in denaro o qualsiasi altro bene. b). Donazioni dalle Istituzioni e dagli Enti governativi e/o privati, in denaro o qualsiasi altro bene.

CAPITOLO 5:

Informazioni messe a disposizione dalla SIUD

ARTICOLO 17: La SIUD metterà a disposizione informazioni associate alla geobiologia ed alla radiestesia, provenienti dalle seguenti fonti:

a).Dati presentati in riunioni organizzate dalla scienza ufficiale convenzionale.

b).Documenti pubblicati in pubblicazioni scientifiche internazionalmente riconosciute.

c).Dati scientifici presentati in Università in tesi associate all'attività accademica dei supervisori e dati provenienti da tesi di dottorato.

d).Dati di altra fonte, la cui qualità sia stata riconosciuta dai ricercatori affiliati alla SIUD.
