The 2005 edition of Cartoon Movie, the Forum for European Animation Films, will be held in Potsdam/Babelsberg (Germany) between March 10th and 12th.

Cartoon Movie is neither a fair nor a festival, but rather a co-production forum where European producers can negotiate the financing of their feature-length projects.

The deadline to submit a project is : December 1st 2004.
